These are live documents that will be filled in as the tournament progresses.

Line Judging other games (volleyball)

Each team is responsible for line judging other teams' games.

Teams will be required to provide two representatives to line judge the games where their team has been scheduled to line judge. You will find the line judging assignments in the main tournament schedule. Please make sure your representatives arrive at least 10 minutes before the game is set to start. Thursday’s games have already been scheduled. Friday’s line judging schedule will be decided based on placement in the single elimination tournament.

Uniform colors

Teams listed first (left column) on the schedule are considered the home team and will wear light uniforms and the teams listed second (right column) on the schedule are considered the away team and will wear dark uniforms.

Volleyballs and soccer balls for warm-up

Teams are responsible for providing their own volleyballs and soccer balls for warm-up.

Vote for awards (head coaches)

Each team's head coach should vote for both awards listed below.

Note: There are no awards for the golf tournament.

Union College Christmanship Award (team award)

The Union College Christmanship Award will be presented each year to the team that best displays the values of positive Christian sportsmanship and demonstrates that commitment through the actions, words and attitudes of players, coaches and fans. Christmanship Award recipients should demonstrate qualities such as friendliness, courtesy, graciousness in winning and losing, fair and honest dealing during the competition, and overall admirable conduct of everyone associated with the team.

Nominations: The head coach from each team participating in the tournament will be asked to nominate another team for the award. Union College Athletic Committee will make the final determination based on their own observations and the votes of the coaches.

All Tournament Awards (Individual Award)

The head coach from each team will nominate the best player from his/her team (only one) to receive the “All Tournament Award” that will be presented at the awards ceremony after the last Championship game (Both soccer and volleyball, one award per team).

Awards ceremony

All awards will be given out at the awards ceremony, which will be held in the Thunderdome on Saturday night immediately following the final championship game. All teams are expected to attend.

Additional Weekend Information

Meals in Union Market

Each name tag covers that individual’s meals in the Union Market. Everyone must show their name tag to the cashier at meals or pay cash.

Each name tag pays for nine (9) meals and is only active during the meal times designated on the schedule. Going through line twice will count as two meals.

Anything with a shield sticker is included in the meal plan. If an item does not have a shield sticker, such as bottled drinks, you may purchase the item on your own at the register.

If an individual loses or forgets their name tag, the meal will be charged to your school.

The name tag is for one person and does not cover coaches or sponsors’ families.

We often have parents attending the tournament who are not registered with the team. They are welcome to eat at the cafeteria at their own cost. If they do not pay at the register, their meal will be charged to your school.

Bus Parking

Bus Parking should be in the lot west of Cooper's apartments. That would be the lot between #15 & #5 marked with the blue parking pin on our campus map. The best way to access the parking lot is off 52nd.
